About the Homestay
We are a family of 5 - Mom, daughter, son-in-law and two little boys aged 6 & 7. There is also a cat but mostly she keeps to herself.
One of the key features of our home is that each guest room has an en-suite bathroom and equipped with a mini kitchen. Each unit has its own private access.

We are conveniently close to the English Language Schools in Cape Town's City Centre (within 10 - 20 minute walk) as well as other tourist attractions such as Table Mountain and the Waterfront.
Cape Town is an Uber-friendly city making it easy to get around. Alternatively you may use the MyCiti bus service to get around to your favourite tourist sites.

About the Area
Our house is located in the historical area of Bo-Kaap famous for its colourful homes, exquisite Cape Malay food and vibrant life. We are close to all the well loved tourist attractions such as Table Mountain, Waterfront, Castle of Good Hope, and many more. As you walk out of the house in the morning you are greeted by the majestic Table Mountain sometimes draped with the white cloudy tablecloth.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet and yet five minutes away you will find a buzzing night life.

Perfect setting, right mix of privacy and hospitality. Great location and warm friendly family. Comfortable clean room with nutritious breakfast provided. One month stay exceeded my expectations, a very good travel experience.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
