House Rules

No smoking in home however feel free to smoke in back garden comfy bench to sit on. If you use it wash it just so the kitchen is clean and ready to use at any time as the washing up fairy is on strike!!. On a lighter note its a home from home and clean freindly environment.

    She's very sympatic, you pay not just for a room but for a house ! She's in 10-15min to Manchester Picadilly, it's easy. You have a little shop in 100m.
