What should I do after I receive my guests reservation?
Once a guest has completed their booking, you'll receive their email address and contact number.
We encourage you to get in touch with your guest by email before their arrival date.
You'll receive an email and SMS notification each time a new booking is made. You'll also receive a reminder email three days before the guest(s) arrive (unless the booking is made within three days of arrival).
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with honouring a booking, please contact us as soon as you can.
