A clean house is a comfortable home for me and my guest. So I love to keep clean and organized.
* Guest bedroom.
I used to clean the guest bedroom daily: making bed, dusting and vacuuming. As hotel service room style. My main concern is be careful to not get any bedbugs. Eat is not permitted in guest bedroom, you are welcome to enjoy kitchen and dining room.

I used to keep very clean the bathroom. “So if you are a male guest then, I’m going to really appreciate that you take a seat in the toilet always”. And kept bathroom as you find it.

I used to pick up some times my guest at the Vancouver International Airport YVR as it is the more convenient and economic way to get my home in their arrivals. $40.00 for 2 hours time and gas ⛽️. Plus parking fee.

Javier is a nice host and has a beautiful apartment, the pictures correspond to the reality 100%. He is friendly, welcoming and you can feel like at home. He is also very helpful with getting around and has showed me the city and the local area. His place is safe and he really keeps it meticulously clean, so if you like cleanliness and keeping things in order, then this place would suit you.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
