2 bedroom suite by Trout Lake ,close to Commercial Drive and all it's great restaurants, bars and shops, the skytrain station is a short 6 minute walk, then a 12 minute ride to downtown.
This is a quiet house , non smoking, no pets, there is a washer and dryer, TV, wifi, kitchen , parking. This is a private , self contained 2 bedroom suite , I prefer to rent the entire suite ( both rooms ) to one group or family.
We are just in front of the park, there is a farmers market every Saturday, all summer long, as well, the park is host to many festivals and events.

The room was comfortable enough for 2 of us, we enjoyed staying so much.
Location is also good for travelers, easy connection to Downtown Vancouver. (10 minutes walk to Nanaimo skytrain station)
Furthermore, Paul is good host with great hospitality.July 2019
Paul was the perfect host. always there when we needed him (smoke alarm going off with the toaster or his offbeat travel tips which is what we were looking for) and gave us enough privacy to enjoy the comfort of his home - location was lovely near the lake / transportation was just a 10 min walk away, we were a family of 4 and his 2 bedroom home suited us ... will definitely stay with Paul again!

I booked with paul because I needed a place to sleep while I finished cleaning and getting out of the house I sold a few blocks away.i knew trout lake aslready and was very happy to be near there and my house too.
paul was very pleasant and helpful...and I met 2 young men staying there at the time..so we all enjoyed talking about our travels..
I too like to travel and I am always happy to meet others that enjoy the same..
pauls house had everything I needed a nice quiet home with a kitchen.living room full bath. tv. and a beautiful lake right beside it....al in all I had a very good stay.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
