About the Homestay
Le petit Louis is a beautiful home for all located in the eastern part of the city of Toronto.
Our home is situated in a residential area on a quiet crescent surrounded by parks, trails and a beautiful golf course. Comfort is essential to our way of living, hence it is accessible by TTC, Go Train and buses.
As a young professional couple who is often away, our home has been extensively renovated with love and care. We are sure our home will cater to your needs: choices of 3 bedrooms , 2 and half bathrooms. Spacious kitchen, separate dining room and living room are available to you.
If you enjoy the outdoors quiet time can be spent in our well maintained and secluded garden.
Over the years we have travelled extensively for work and continue to do so as something we enjoy very much. Communication is key, primary language spoken are French and English. We are also able to connect by speaking Spanish and Dutch.

About the Area
Our house is located in L'amoreaux neighbourhood, 20 min from Pearson international airport and 23min from downtown Toronto. The home is situated 10 min from 2 major shopping centres.
Easy commute accessible by TTC, Go train and buses. 2min away from 401 highway.
If you enjoy sampling different cuisines, 2 min walk away will give you the opportunity to dine/take away from Toronto's famous Carribbean, Greek, Mexican and Vietnamese restaurants.

Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

Please adhere to the following:
*Cancellation and reservation should be made 48 hours prior to arrival
*Payment should be made by cash or e-transfer upon arrival
*No pets allowed
*No staying visitors, (please connect with home owners if requested)
*No drugs or substance usage
*Abusive and violent behaviour will not be tolerated
*Any damage to the property will incurred charges
*Be respectful of others i.e Noise pollution
*Common areas should be kept tidy
*Laundry facilities available to long term guests, ( facilities usage available upon request)
* Must clean up after oneself after using kitchen, bathrooms and other common areas
*Rooms will be cleaned for guests weekly on a specific day
Smoking is not allowed.
Simply the best !!! Juanita was soooo nice and very very helpful, coming from an international student. She picked me up from the airport and made me comfortable throughout my stay. She will give you directions when you need them and offer to help whenever she can.
The house is equally as lovely. What you see is exactly what you get. Always clean.
I never had any issue. I’m very glad I met Juanita and her lovely family.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
