About the Homestay
X1 Beautiful large self-contained double bedroom with en-suite (toilet, sink and shower), fully equipped with (all brand new) large fridge/freezer, smart TV and stand, microwave oven/oven/grill, kettle, toaster, large table and chairs, two wardrobes and plenty of storage. The bedroom is definitely big enough to offer a comfortable (self contained) living area. Use of the family kitchen for more elaborate cooking.
X1 Lovely bright single bedroom with desk, bed and storage. Use of family bathroom and use of family kitchen.
Use of family washing-machine. Use of large garden (including garden furniture). Parking available (drive) for one extra car in front of the house.
My house is located in North London. It is very bright, spacious and cosy. It has a big garden in which you can relax (weather permitting!). It is walking distance to local food shops, 20mn walk (or a short bus ride) to the nearest tube station (Finchley Central on the Northern Line), which itself is 20mn to King's Cross.

About the Area
Our house is located in North London (nearest tube stations are Finchley Central, East Finchley, West Finchley and Woodside Park - Northern Line, and Arnos Grove - Piccadilly Line). Bus stop on our door step with 20mn bus ride to tube, itself 20mn from King's Cross (town centre). Very quiet and pleasant area. 5mn walk to leisure centre (cinema, bowling, swimming pool, restaurants).

Please ensure that your bedrooms are kept clean. Please clean your bathroom and kitchen after use (I provide cleaning products to that effect).
Please check that the front and back doors are locked if you are the last ones to leave the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
